We bought the Asus Netbook computer because after doing various research online we discovered that both notebooks and netbooks by Asus had a long way longer life expectancies than all other brand, and much longer than with the big name brands that include Dell and HP. As well as since Asus only prepared one netbook, the decision was pretty simple. Whenever ordering, the only real opportunities were color and scenario design and whether you wanted a cover get rid of. We did; and we picked pink and also the seashell design. We was very excited when our own little pink netbook landed, as we are together with any new gadget you buy. We liked it immediately. It was every piece as tiny as we expected it might be, with a little five inch screen, and a minute keyboard with small keys on there. We plugged it in and let it juice up the battery overnight for the reason that little card that were included with it suggested, then spun it on and observed it go. It did some initializing after which there was the accustomed Windows screen. And subsequently, it popped up a question concerning the wireless signal it had found (we have a very good wireless router hooked as much our cable modem) and hooked itself as many as the Internet, and just like that we were installed and operating and ready to turn. We've had our little netbook for many months now and have outright good things to say relating to this. We compose articles, e-mail and letters onto it, use it to do research within the 'net, keep up with your home finances via spreadsheets and in some cases watch movies on the idea via Netflix and Hulu. It will everything as advertised together with we think, even more advanced than we expected, Of training, because of the smaller keyboard and screen we don't compose something that is very long or that makes a whole lot of use of graphics, since the processor is slower compared with our regular computers, but which was something we expected, it's a netbook after all, not really a full sized computer. Among the cool features we like is the cabability to "pinch" the screen aided by the finger pad to zoom in and due to web pages and anything else we have been completely looking at. It makes text much easier to read, and also allows to look at in whole pages at any given time if we so opted. We also love the truth that the battery truly does last for like eight hours; enough to last for however long we might be away.
